Andy Warhol's Rediscovered Self-Portrait to Be Auctioned

An undated handout image provided by Christie's auction house on 11 February 2011 shows US artist Andy Warhol's rediscovered self-portrait from a series of ten self-portraits executed in 1967. The artwork has been in a private collection since 1974 when it was acquired from Leo Castelli, Warhol's primary dealer. The 72 inches square picture is on public display from 12 to 16 February 2011, at Christie's in London, Britain. It will go under the hammer on 16 February and it is expected to realise between 3 and 5 million pounds sterling.
